I am a researcher, educator, consultant, and public speaker. I am also associate professor and phd at the Department of Culture and Learning, Aalborg University, Copenhagen, DK.

My focus is structural discrimination in everyday and organizational contexts and how we can address discrimination and inequality. My focus includes subtle forms of discrimination (such as hidden and unintentional) both at at individual, organizational, and institutional levels.

My international background (Denmark, US, India), schooling (PhD, MA, BA), and over 20 years of academic and consultancy experience (anti-discrimination, CSR, DEI), provide me with a unique approach to anti-oppression and equality work. I employ a critical, research based approach to issues of inequality, racism, and discrimination. This is particularly useful when working within the Danish context, where these issues can be difficult and uncomfortable.

My goal is to help my clients to understand, address and manage discrimination in constructive and effective ways. I provide knowledge, information, methods, and tools that can contribute to developing more inclusive organizational, teaching, and working environments, anti-discrimination and equality policy and frameworks.
